Mum if I had one wish it would be for you to be right back at 16 Thornton Road, you trying to get Ben out of bed, telling Mark it isn't a cafe but you still made his food for him (spoilt him rotten) and telling me to stop sulking. Even though your illness took your body, your mind was amazing, you could remember things nobody else could, your sense of humour was infectious and your generosity was endless..... How could you get such an illness, you were the last person on earth who deserved anything like that, all i can think is that they must have needed you upstairs to help Auntie Rosie. Grandad must need some of those amazing creases you used to iron into his trousers and it goes without saying that Grandma will be glad, she's probably fed-up off Grandad by now! My lasting memories of you Mum will be one of great respect, a lady who loves to laugh, who is selfless and who adhored her family. I am devastated that you have gone but after seeing you on Sunday I know you are at piece, you looked beautiful. You will always be in my heart and mind and although you will never know our new baby, he/she will know everything there is to know about his/her Nan as will all your grandchildren. I love you Mum with all my heart, keep smiling and giggling down on us all xxxxxxx
